Wedding Guest Glam

Hey Everyone,

A few weeks ago I attended my friends’ wedding, and this is the makeup I decided to wear! I opted for pink-y red tones as my dress was navy with bright pink, red and green flowers over it (I know this is an awful description), I also had bright pink accessories so I wanted to really pick up on this colour!

For this look I used the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette, to begin building up the crease, I first went into the shade Silk Cream, I then went into the shade Pooter to add some extra definition to the crease but ensuring it was still very diffused. I then went into the shade Roxanne and blended this through the crease, using the shade JaczΒ to further deepen the outer corners. Using a pencil brush I applied a very small amount of Abyss on the very outer corner to add some extra drama. To add a little sparkle to the lid, I first went in with some Too Faced Glitter Glue and applied this to where I wanted to the glitter to be, I then packed on the shade Sissy! I love this shade and it has a slight duo-chrome effect to it shifting from pink to gold. I used the shade, Roxanne, to blend away any harsh edges!

I opted for winged liner with this look, using the Kat Von D Ink Liner in Trooper to do this, for the lower lashline I used Roxanne, blending this out with Pooter. I then pressed some of the shade Abyss along the lower lashline and smudged a little into the outer corner too. I finished this look off with a little mascara before applying Huda Beauty Lashes in the style Samantha.
