I was very kindly sent some products to try from Pure Potions Skin Salvation* I tried out a few products from their range and thought I would share my opinions as this is a new brand to me! Skin Salvation is an independent, natural skincare brand specialising in sensitive, allergy prone and dry skin.
Skin Salvation Omega Rich Cleansing Oil
This is a wonder product! I like to use it in the evenings to take off my makeup as I love the Cetraben Daily Cleansing Cream in the morning. I pour a little of this into my hand and work it around my face gently to remove makeup before going over with a face wipe to take off the excess product before totally cleaning the product off my skin with some lukewarm water.
Skin Salvation Intensive Facial Oil
This is a very natural product that helps to rehydrate the skin, I use this mainly on my dry patches to help give them a moisture boost and rebalance the skin in this area! You only need a very small amount of this and is best used at nighttime. This product can also be used to scar tissue, stretch marks, uneven or damaged skin anywhere on the body.
Skin Salvation Daily Moisturising Cream
This is a great daily moisturiser as it isn’t heavy or greasy! It is fab for applying in the morning before makeup as it doesn’t take too long to sink into the skin. Just a little warning that this does have quite a strong scent which can be a little off-putting!
Skin Salvation Intensive Moisturising Ointment
This was my favourite product that I tried! I used this little miracle worker everywhere I needed it, from my elbows to the heels of my feet. I suffer from dry cracked lips, especially on the corners which I hate as it ruins your makeup and is so painful! I apply this to my lips every night and it heeled the little cuts almost instantly, I’m so pleased!
My favourite tip for this product is to apply it (liberally) to my heels after a shower or bath and then put on socks and go to bed! Your heels will be super soft in the morning!
I’ve been impressed by the products I’ve used from this range and I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer!
