Today’s post is all about this easy glam look that is perfect for all occasions and for all skill levels, I used a variety of shades from a few different eyeshadow palettes but, of course, you can just use whatever shades you have! This is one of my favourite looks to create as it’s super quick to do and it really easy to create, don’t forget to tag my Instagram (@charlotte_tudge_makeup) in any pictures if you do recreate this look.
As always I began by filling in my brows using my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Dark Brown and carved around the brows using NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Vanilla – for more help with brows check out my 1 Brow, 3 Ways post.
To begin the eyes I used the shade Soft Brown from MAC to begin adding definition to the crease, to further deepen the shade I used Semi-Sweet from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette and then I applied this shade to the outer third of the lid as well, going back to the shade Soft Brown to create a smooth transition. To add a little sparkle I used the shade Sidecar from the Urban Decay Naked Palette and packed this on the inner two-thirds of the lid. If you need to add a little oomph to your sparkle shade then spritz it with a little Fix+.
I created winged liner using the Kat Von D Ink Liner in Trooper, I then used the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On WaterLine Eye Pencil in Legend to line my waterline and create a smokier look! For the lower lash line, I took Soft Brown on a fluffy brush and blended this quite low under the lashline, then I took Semi-Sweet on a pencil brush and blended this closer to the lashline, again I pressed a little black shadow along the lower lashline.
You could leave the eyes here but I wanted to add a little something extra so I used the Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadow in the shade Rose Gold Retro, I dabbed this on the back of my hand and used a brush to apply it, this way you get the fine shimmer without it looking chunky!
To finish the eyes I applied some Benefit Roller Lash mascara to top and bottom lashes before applying Ardell Demi Wispies to complete the look.
