Jaclyn Hill Morphe Palette Review

Hey Everyone,

For a beauty blogger getting your hands on the Jaclyn Hill Morphe palette was a total necessity and if you read my New Makeup post from December you’ll know I was lucky enough to get it for Christmas! I’ve had a good play around with almost all the shades and I’m excited to say – it’s 100% worth the hype!

MY THOUGHTS

I am obsessed with this palette, so far I have created several full looks – all which are on my youtube channel! I’m so impressed with the quality and pigmentation in these shadows, I’m already a big fan of Morphe eyeshadows and this palette is better than I could have hoped for! I also really like the fact the shades have names, I just wish they had been printed on the palette instead of on a separate sheet!

This palette has a wide range of shadows, with a good variety of mattes and shimmers! I love how they incorporated a few pops of colour as well through the teals, dark greens and purples. Overall this palette is very warm but these are the shades I prefer, if you have the chance I really recommend trying it out! It’s such a brilliant palette, especially for the price!

SWATCHES

Here are my swatches of the palette, both without/with flash! Each is a single finger swatch, so you can see just how pigmented each shade it!

FIRST ROW (L-R) Enlight, Beam, Silk Cream, M.F.E.O., Faint, Sissy and Little Lady

SECOND ROW (L-R) Creamsicle, Butter, Pooter, Pukey, Hunts, Firework and Queen

THIRD ROW (L-R) Obsessed, S.B.N., Hillster, Roxanne, Jacz, Buns and Cranapple

FOURTH ROW (L-R) Royalty, Twerk, Hustle, Meeks, 24/7, Chip and Mocha

FIFTH ROW (L-R) Pool Party, Jada, Diva, Enchanted, Central Park, Soda Pop and Abyss

Here’s some of my favourite looks I have created with this palette –

Have you tried out this palette?

  1. I haven’t officially tried out the JH Morphe palette, but I did get a beautiful dupe by Beauty Glazed called Impressed You and it pretty much has all the same colors only difference was the price!! 🙂 ♥ I blogged on it maybe a couple posts back.
