I got the Taste Tarteist Pro Eyeshadow Palette for Christmas and I’ve quickly become obsessed. I created this fun grunge-y look with just enough glam to make it perfect for any night out! And of course it’ll be on my YouTube Channel too!
To prep my lids I used my NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Vanilla. To begin the eyes I took a large fluffy brush (Zoeva 228) and blended the shade Innocent through my crease, layering this shade a few times for added depth. Then on another blending brush (MAC 217) I took the shades Bold and Edgy and blended these through the crease, staying closer to my lid than with the previous shade. Then repeat this step with just the shade Edgy for extra definition.
Tip: Take a clean dense buffing brush to buff over and smooth out any harsh edges.
On a smaller blended brush (Zoeva 225) using the shade Smoked, use this to further darker the crease, again working closer to the lid than previous shades. On a defined blended brush (Makeup Geek Defined Crease Brush) pat the shade Punk all over the lid, blending into the previous shades when there is very little product left on the brush. Then going back into the previous shade and brush to blend the edges.
For the lower lash line I used the shade Edgy on a pencil brush (Sigma E30) and blend this all along the lower lash line, then blending out any harsh edges with a fluffy brush (Zoeva 228) and the shade Innocent. Then using the shade Punk on the same pencil brush to darken the outer corner. I then used the Urban Decay Glide On 24/7 Water Line Eye Pencil in Legend to tight line the upper and lower lash lines.
To finish the lid I took a dense shadow brush (Zoeva 234) and the shade Treny (I used a little Fix+) and then packed this on the lid, I then blended this out with my Zoeva 225 brush. To highlight the brow bone I used the shade Classic and to highlight the inner corner I used the shades Vintage and Glam. I then applied some mascara and Eylure 117 false lashes.
Lips are Kylie Cosmetics Maliboo and Maybelline Vivid Hot Lacquer in Tease.
