BLOGMAS 03: Skincare Favourites

Hey Everyone,

For the past four months I’ve had a lot of skin issues, if you follow me on Instagram you probably will no this already! Basically my Eczema has been flaring up and I’ve been having horrible issues with my eyes, from eye infections to swollen puffy eyes! Whats worse is I can’t seem to find the trigger for these flareups – queue a whole lot of stress and a few breakdowns! Over the past while, I’ve been trying to cement a good, but gentle skincare regime that I can trust and that won’t irritate my skin!

  • Next I use a few drops of Moroccan Argan Oil over my face, I use The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil! I only need about three drops and I find this really helps to calm my eczema.
  • Before I pat in the Argan Oil I add a few drops of The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, this really helps to hydrate my skin and leaves it feeling nourished and looking plumper! Read my review of The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 here.
  • Finally I use my favourite moisturiser. I use Cetraben Lotion as it is designed for eczema and really helps me during flareups!

Once a week I try to use the Bodyshop Vitamin C Glow Revealing Liquid Peel to help with some extra exfoliation and I try to use my Bodyshop Tea Tree Anti-Imprefection Night Mask every other week to help keep my skin soft!

I know that my skincare routine is not very inventive but these are just some of the best products I’ve tried that really help me with my eczema!
