Palette of the Month: July

Hey Everyone!

It’s the start of July and that means I have a NEW palette of the month to share with you!! This month I’ve opted for the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette as I find the rose gold colours are perfect for the summer!

This palette comes with 12 shades and a brush! I also love how it has a huge mirror so it’s great to take away on your holidays or any other travelling exhibitions! There are three matte shades; Strange, Limit and Nooner. I really like the shade Strange as an inner corner and brow bone highlight! Limit is a warm toned pink/brown which is a great transitional colour and works really well to blend out the lighter tones! Nooner is a medium mauve tone which is perfect in the crease and outer V. The rest of the shades are shimmery and most of them do have good pigmentation, especially the darker shades! I find the more glittery shades like Dust, Buzz and Trick just create a lot of fall out with not much colour payoff! I prefer to stick too the shades like Liar, Factory and Mugshot as they have really great colour payoff and very little fallout! All these colours are super soft and blend really well.

Overall, this is a really wearable palette and can provide a range of different looks depending on what colours you go for! It’s definitely one of my go to palettes and I know I’ll keep reaching for it throughout the summer!

What is your favourite palette of the moment?

Hope to see you around,

Love,

Charlotte xx
